Mind Ya Business.......Mondays
Hey Guys and Dolls I sure hope if you are in the San Antonio area that you did not get washed away with all the rain this past weekend. I know we were complaining so this will definitely shut us up for a while. Now let's talk about what is driving me to tell people to mind ya business this week; vaccinations. Yes, that's it!
Who put all these busy bodies in charge of vaccinations?
I'm so over people asking me if I have been vaccinated? If I am planning to get vaccinated? Will I be getting my kid vaccinated? Do I think the vaccination is safe? Have I researched the vaccination? What about possible side effects? If I'm considering; which one am I considering? It's crazy because it's not like this is the first time we've heard of vaccinations; so why are people acting so damn looney?
Asking me all these personal questions is like asking me about my bank account. It's none of your damn business. I thought asking people about their medical care was a line we shouldn't cross, but every since Covid-19 that line is gone. And how the hell is knowing what I plan to do helping them anyway? You don't know me or my habits to trust my judgement. It's silly to make a decision based on what someone else is doing anyway. I am not even in healthcare! So now I am going to just tell people to mind their business and don't worry about whether me or my kid are getting vaccinated because it has nothing to do with them. Damn the polite smile and shoulder shrug I've been doing for a while now.
I have said it before and I will say it again, " Can y'all please just mind ya own damn business, please!"
Maybe I won't be so mean and I'll just say see your healthcare professional when making important decisions about your health! Lol! Yes that is from every prescription commercial that comes on television. I may even just say some super random nonsense really fast that starts with possible side effects and end with death. The rest won't be clear(the rest I will mumble)......yep that's what'll I will do!
